I live in Douglas County KS and recently sold my car out of state and no longer need the tag/license plate. I want to know if I can get a refund if I turn it in.

i know for sure in tx no, but you gotta think the DPS would be losing money on that, and their not known for their customer service. I would recommend just calling the DPS and asking before taking the time to wait in line.
